Spinning
The ultimate 1 hr long cardio workout on a stationary bike. The classes are set to music and focus on heart rate training with respect towards, endurance, strength, interval and recovery energy zones. Classes are for all abilities and besides cardio conditioning and weight loss they are a great addtion to core training.
Bosu
Balance and core with the use of dumb bells on a Bosu stability trainer
Step Aerobics
45 minute class. Step routine to music followed by ab or leg work.
Move and Groove
Low impact aerobic class combined with dance moves.
Cardio Hoop and Stability Ball
Low impact aerobics class enphasizing upper body and core strength
Yoga
A gentle yoga class that stretches, strengthens and conditions the body. Students work to improve range of motion, flexibility, overall sense of well-being, and the ability to relax. Breathing excercises are introduced and class ends with a short relaxation. The practices and techniques are useful for any ability. Class is taught by a Certified/insured yoga instructor.
Core/Ab Class
A half hour class geared to strengthen the core muscles. It is a yoga based class that combines traditional ab excersises with yoga poses. The poses work on balance and stretching key muscles.
Body Pump
The original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthensyour entire body. Often referred to as "Pump" by those who love it. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODY PUMP is fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning to get the results you are looking for.
Body Stretch and Strengthen
A yoga inspired class designed to stretch your entire body and build strength from the inside out. Class begins with movements aimed at building heat and linking breath to movement. Your muscles are then gently stretched and challanged one group at a time. After the work phase of class we end on a quiet note with a brief cool down and soothing relaxation
